Writing can be fun!!

In our academy, we make learning fun and interactive! 

Try this writing activity that has been used in our classes with a small group of students…

INSTRUCTIONS:

Part 1: On a piece of paper finish this sentence with a true statement: On the most memorable holiday of my life I…        

Example: On the most memorable holiday of my life I went to Paris and met a famous actor.                                                                         

Part 2: Pass the piece of paper around the room.  Each classmate has to write a question about the statement on the paper.

Example: What actor did you meet?, Where did you meet the actor?, How long were you in Paris?, exc.

Part 3: Once you have your paper again with your statement and all the questions, write a paragraph describing the holiday and answering all of the questions.

Part 4: Read your paper to the class!
